Mandrin, dated September 17, 2003, and recorded in Liber 13954, folio 342, among the Land Records of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, default having occurred under the terms thereof, and at the request of the parties secured thereby, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will offer for sale at public auction at the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, 7 ½ Church Circle, Annapolis, MD.
All that lot of ground and the improvements thereon SITUATED IN Anne Arundel County, Maryland and more fully described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust and Security Agreement.

Said property is in fee simple and is sold in an “as is condition” and subject to all covenants, conditions, liens, restrictions, easements, rights-of-way as may affect same, if any, and with no warranty of any kind.
